palak can be taken in many ways with various recipes and dishes .. check the method of cooking...if its cooked properly then its nutritious and nutrient loss is less and there would be greater bioavailabiltiy..too..
Always check for the method of cooking , for example like palak paratha with how much oil addition , palak dal, palak roti..or any recipe for that matter , methodology is truly very important ...
if its properly cooked with closed lid on it..then its fine
and there wont be much of nutrients lost...
