Pains under my right rib, back, waist

I have been having some pains on my right side under the rib, back, right abdomen, and right groin. At times I feel this pain around my waistline on both right and left sides. I used to think it could be as a result of my bed that goes down each time I lie down. But it has gotten to the extent that even if I stand for long time, the pains on my waist comes up.
