Hi Doctor, I am facing pain in heels of both my legs ( b urning pain and feels like I stepped on hot material earlier) and also pains in big toe and little fingers. In April I had severe pains in hands and joints and found that b12 and d3 are very low and took b12 injections and d3 tablets. Please suggest what action should I take to resolve my problem.
