Hi, Is there any difference between painless and with pain vaccination for babies? which one is more effective? if we have given 6 weeks vaccination as painless then can we give next 10weeks with pain?

Difference is that it will not have fever and local site pain and there are all 6 components in one vaccine only You can not switch the vaccine Kindly consult your pediatrician before any switch
