Painless Bumps on both sides of tongue

2021-06-14 09:56:07
I'm having painless Bumps on both sides of the tongue for over a month. I've got the CBC, urine, D3, Calcium, iron and B12 checked and all are normal. I've taken medications prescribed by general physicians for UTI, iron, vitamin deficiency, oral thrush, zytee gel, ciplox and rebagen but there's no effect. What can be the cause of the issue and what can I do to subside them?
