It is compair between two different techniques by which same vaccine is made. So there are different research paper. But overall both are almost same efficacy, but yes whole cell vaccine ( painful vaccine) having more side effects like pain swelling and fever which acellular ( painless vaccine) having less.

Equally effective. I personally feel it's not worth coz pain can be managed easily. But its totally upto parents whatever dey choose.
