  4. Painful urination. Be my next step?

Painful urination

I have burning pain after passing urine. The skin keeps on burning for few hours. My urine examination shows 15-20 pus cells. Urine culture is negative. Ultrasound is normal. I am taking alkaline sachets twice a day. What should be my next step?
