I'm having painful periods from past 5 months. One year back I got the same issue  I consulted gynecologist regarding that..she suggested me meftal spas ... last month again I used meftal spas for relief... is mefal spas ok..? Can I use it during periods

I’d recommend getting a USG done to rule out other causes of dysmenorrhea (painful menses) . For the time being , if meftal spas is giving you relief , you can definitely continue it during your periods .
