My brother got sudden lump in groin from last 2 days which causes mild pain when touching. What could be that lump? Is it a serious concern?

Please send image for better opinion. Most probably lymph node engagement. Acute lymph node enlargement is not very serious concern. If it is lasting more than 2 weeks USG to be done
