Muscles of your wrist and fingers are weak so they start pain while typing. You need to start with some strengthening exercises. You can use smile foam ball for sqeezing , clay or plasticine also for fingers and palm exercises like rolling, tearing with each finger and thumb, squeezing.
For wrist use half kg water bottle or pack of salt or pulses for exercise place your hand on edge of table to do exercise up and down movement
