Paining buttocks while sitting MRI says mild budge of L3 L4 L5 S1 discs are noted mildly compressing the ventral thecal surface

Buttock pain while sitting is generally not due to disc bulge...better is try sitting on cushioned surface always and never never sit on hard surface..avoid long distance travel..consult a physio for some stretching exercises..pain should be better with this with out medication
