Pain while peeing

After masturbation at late night I feel pain in my penis while peeing. Even though I would have left very less water in my stomach still my penis would pain. To avoid this I have been drinking sugar salt water and post that I pee and everything seems to clear out. I want to know what is happening and what is sugar salt water doing.
