Dear practo user Can use topical anaesthetic gel. Analgesic for severe pain. Maintain oral hygiene. Go gum massage with alum powder twice a day in that area

Warm salt water gargle if no medical history. P-250,if pain doesn't subside by gargling. No external hot compression.

Pls add  a photographs of that tooth area. I think this severe pain is due to deep decayed tooth  in that area. Or fractures tooth with nerve exposure. Childrens tooth pain are severe. Pls visit dental clinic. Some homely remedy..1. salt water garfle 2.cold compress against cheeck

You have not mentioned if she is allergic to any medication. Assuming not - a simple Imol or a Dolo should be okay. She can take the tablet after food to get relief.
