If it is only back pain which has come after a specific activity, then it is muscular in origin. Take painkillers regularly, use hot fomentation or hot water bottle on your back and keep mobile. Use a firm bed to sleep. Also do gentle stretching. Over a period of the next few days it will gradually get better.
Make sure you avoid any stressful.activityon your back for the next few weeks.
