I have been experiencing a sharp pain on right side of the chest below the right breast.

Well some of the common causes of the type of pain which you mentioned is probably gastritis or muscular pain which has occurred due to sudden contraction of the muscle... I would suggest you to take any anti spasmodic medicine as it will you remove the spasm of the muscle...Or use pain spray. .Thank you
