Pain through vagina and maybe rectum

I have been having pain down feels like it's going down through my vagina and it throbs like a toothache but the weird thing is is it don't get like at 2 about to have a day and then it tends to get worse all through the evening my gynecologist treated me for bacteria in my vagina that it has not won away I don't think it has anything to do with it I had a scan and it shows some diverticula but I don't know if that has anything to do with it but it's been almost 3 weeks
