Pain right shoulder joint

Sir, My son is having mild pain on right arm shoulder joint. He is feeling that pain mainly when he is raising his hand up. Also, he is undergoing under tuberculosis pleural effusion treatment. 2 months medication is over and 3 rd month is going on. Please give us suggestion and also give required diet and exercise to cure it.

Sir Pain at shoulder may be referred PAIN due to pleural effusion or may be a shoulder joint or muscle strain so better consult a Physiotherapist to find out the cause of pain and get treated thank you

Let me know whether his pleural effusion was on his rt. side or lt side.?n whether he is taking any injection on his Rt. Deltoid muscle?.Require diet u shud ask his Dr. who is treating him, but he needs high protein diet, like eggs, n all kinds of pulses, fruits n vegetables n if possible dry nuts like cashew , almonds, dates, etc
