I have pain over right shoulder and wrist and I have done MRI which shows degenerative changes over L4 and L5..i have disc prolapse over L3 and L4 sincw 8 yrs.plz advice and kindly update with a good experienced physiotherapists. ..or Doctor of my concern..thank you...i will be highly obliged. .
