From 2 day which intensified since yesterday night.. Continuous pricking type of pain..Radiating to the back

Pain typically is suspicious of gall stones. But other causes are also possible. GASTROENTERITIS etc. Lower abdomen pain have different cause from upper abdomen. Similarly other details factors are needed.
