Pain on right side of back

I have attached reports usg I did sonoragphy and where 2 kidney stone on both kidney and I am talking treatment pain gone and I don't know I am having pain on right side back only why happen and in report say gallbladder is physiological distended, wall thickening or pericholecystic fluid collection is seen what does it mean pericholecystic fluid collection is seen was my gallbladder swelling and I feel like pain from gallbladder but report say normal please doctor tell I am worried I can't sleep on back side I feel heavy on right side of back like but usg report say normal why does this happen doctor

The Pain may be due to cholecystitis. Pericholecystic fluid means around the gallbladder alone without ascites which support the diagnosis of acute cholecystitis. Need to ask some more deta history for proper evaluation and medication. Consult me on practo.
