Hi Doctor, I had an lower back pain so i reached out to orthopedician done with x-ray and it was normal he has suggested above attached prescription,But today i am getting pain on my legs back side below buttocks to till legs ankel Iam feeling  week (drained) Is anything serious? Please find the attached prescription. Thanks&Regards..

Pain maybe muscular or due to nerves. Your case maybe due to pinching of nerves. Do avoid strenuous exercises but do regular walks. Avoid heavy weight lifting Do give rest to back. Thanks
