Pain on left side of belly

I am 32 weeks pregnant. Today after getting up from sleep on left side for around 3 hrs , I am getting a sharp pain starting at left side rib and radiating till that side of abdomen. Is it due to compressed sleep position? Or any other issue. What should I do to relieve the pain. It been 4 hrs the pain is there
