Long history u need superspecialist like gastroenterologist  with superspeciality test to rule out gastritis?ulcer? Tab oz two times after food for five days.  Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR ten days. Meftal spas ds two times a day or sos after food.  CHANGE LIFE STYLE N DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY FIRST.

Since your pain has been there since 2021 and worsens on an empty stomach, it needs a proper check up . could be a peptic ulcer or chronic gastritis
Next Steps
Consult a Gastroenterologist. Avoid Self Medication. Adjust Eating Habits. Try sleeping with your head slightly raised or on your left side. Avoid heavy, spicy, or oily masala food for dinner.
