Pain on 7 day if wisdom tooth extraction
My one right upper wisdom tooth extracted ( without surgery) and one right lower (with surgery- which was fully bony horizontal ) although swelling is getting down but i still feel pain and odd taste from upper wisdom tooth. Although pain subsides after i take zerodol . But pain is sharp and it radiates to my ear as well . Is it dry socket or just part of healing process . I drank mango shake with little small chunks which I swallowed without doing any bite action and suddenly my upper wisdom tooth extraction started paining with pain going to my ear. Is it dry socket?

Do not touch the extracted part with your toung
If dry socket is there then pus will be there with pain if you have spitted on the day of extraction or have used straw to drink something or touched with you touge then there is a possibility of dry socket

Dry socket usually occurs after three days of extraction with fowl smell from mouth and extreme pain. It happens if three clot dislodges from extraction socket within 24 hrs of extraction. The cause usually is spitting on the day of extraction or rising too vigorously.
If you had any of the above mentioned things you likely have dry socket. Then you need to visit your dentist for help.
Pain in wisdom teeth usually radiates to ears even otherwise.
