Pain like muscular ache

So in my lower right back, when i bend forward or sideways, or when i breath in heavily while lying sideways, it is felt. If m correct in medical terms, the pain is felt on right iliocostalis muscle. And the pain feels like when air gets stuck that kind of pain. I have a gb polyp of 2.9mm, is it due to that, or i used to go to gym, any injury has caused it? And I haven't been putting pressure on back lately after this started. Please help.

A herniated disc or a muscle tear can present with similar symptoms. For the pain try some NSAIDs and muscle relaxants and don’t lean or compress on the side of injury. Do ice compressions with the help of someone on the side of injury. You cannot localise the pain to a particular muscle just via sensation so do not make assumptions.
