The height you fell from is significant. A plain x-ray may not have picked up all the injuries. You may have sustained a fracture of the transverse process of the spine (a part of the vertebra). These injuries are picked up on a CT scan.
Next Steps
Assessment by an Orthopaedic / Spine Surgeon  and appropriate investigations as necessary. some of these injuries may take 3-6months to settle down

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

In my opinion u need to consult a Orthopedics to get a thorough examination done....for your muscular problem u can go for a new technique known as dry needling which will be done intramuscularly with a help of a sterile needle with no blood loss...during this treatment I will feel a muscle twitch that will be indicative of relieving of the muscular spasm... for rest kindly visit an Orthopedics so that a final result can come out... get well soon take care Regards
Next Steps
Visit an orthopedic immediately
Health Tips
Kindly do cold fermentation after dry needling technique

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  What was the finding in x-ray? 20ft is a very big fall. Get it checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.  He will examine you and suggest you further. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
