Pain lasting from 2 days in left chest

The mild pain I had been experiencing in left chest whenever I turnaround in my bed and stretch my body left and right, sometimes if I breath deep I can experience it again. I tried drinking plenty of water and get good sleep, but still it's  same way like before day. I can't understand what can I do? What is the cause? So please suggest me what to do .

Pl have xray chest pa view done.pl take muscle relaxant.pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
