I am suffering from sinus , blocked nostrils and sputum. There has been pinching pain in my ear when i wake up from bed and i am having a hearing problem in one ear. Also i have dry eyes and a nose for the past one day

It's cause of Eustachian tube blockage.. Need to see your ear drum for further evaluation.. Kindly visit a nearby ent surgeon or online consultation for further evaluation..
