Pain in urinal area

There is immense pain in urinal area from this morning. Intensity of pain is fluctuating. There is high urge to go to toilet multiple times but only a few drops come out. Can't go to doctor because of this lockdown. Please consult and advise any medicine ASAP.

Need urine culture and ultrasound KUB. once culture sent empirically antibiotics can be started

Looks like it’s infection. Needs further evaluation by examination and investigation like urine routine and culture and ultrasound scan of kidney and Urine bladder. If you can get this done and get back to me I can help.

This can be because of an urinary infection, so urine examination with urine culture & sensitivity should be done. Meanwhile you should take plenty of fluids orally. And take Tab. Flavocip 200mg. Twice daily Until the urine culture report is available, following which you may require to take appropriate antibiotics
