Pain in upper thighs

Hi Doctors, My husband is suffering from pain in his right upper thighs since two weeks The pain and stiffness started after sitting in same position for a long time while travelling. It has been 2 weeks now and the pain is still there. Could anyone guide us on whom should we consult or what could be wrong?

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate your husband in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no  pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water.
