My mother face upper thigh pain in her right leg. Can you suggest why this happened and do you recommend any medicine for pain. Pain is disturbing her sleep at night. Or do we need to take test .

Need clinical examination and history, if u r in coorg contact me in opd ,is there any trauma history?sudden or progressive pain? Any radiating pain? Pain associated with swelling? Since how many days? Can't give medications on poor history, explain briefly or call me.
