USG shows multiple gallbladder stones (largest 7 mm) and a small gallbladder polyp (4 mm) with mild biliary dilatation.
If you have symptoms like right upper abdominal pain, vomiting, bloating after fatty food, the usual treatment is laparoscopic gallbladder removal (cholecystectomy) after surgical consultation.
If no symptoms, you can: Follow low-fat diet,
Avoid oily/fried food,
Repeat USG after 6 months to monitor the polyp and stones
