Gallbladder: Well-distended. The gallbladder wall thickness is within normal limits.
Calculi: Multiple mobile, echogenic foci are noted within the gallbladder lumen, the largest measuring 7 mm, consistent with cholelithiasis.
Polyp: A single, non-mobile, non-shadowing echogenic lesion is noted projecting from the gallbladder wall, measuring approximately 4 mm.
Biliary Tree: There is evidence of mild dilatation of the proximal biliary tree.

USG shows multiple gallbladder stones (largest 7 mm) and a small gallbladder polyp (4 mm) with mild biliary dilatation.
If you have symptoms like right upper abdominal pain, vomiting, bloating after fatty food, the usual treatment is laparoscopic gallbladder removal (cholecystectomy) after surgical consultation.
