To know  the cause Usg whole abdomen advisable  no hurry. Tab nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 3to5 days. Tab meftal spas ds two times a day after food for 3to5 days. Change life style n diet plan drastically first.

T cyclopam od for 3 days T aceclofenac 100mg od for 3 days T pantop 40mg od for 3 days Not relieved usg abdomen needed. To rule out liver gall bladder diseases or phrenic nerve problems. Kindly consult a surgeon for the same.

It could be muscular...try some hot fomentation and  simple paracetamol...if it doesn't improve in 4-5days get an ultrasound... Doctors are there to solve problems...then why fear them?...you can always consult online if visiting personally is an issue
