Go for an Opg first to rule out the problem Till then only betadine gargle and warm saline gargle 3-4 times daily Do not apply any pressure/ heat from outside otherwise the swelling will increase

Better consult a dentist before any complications happen which may result in loss of tooth etc. Try to save the tooth to the maximum.

Hi Severe pain over corner of jaw might be a wisdom tooth pain . Take salt water gargle . Apply pain out gel for immediate relief . Its a extra tooth which is not useful for chewing and appearance . Better remove it if troubles a lot .

Please do hot water gargles with salt and consult a dentist asap. It could be an infected tooth. Your dentist will do an X-ray and advise you accordingly.

It could mostly be because of a wisdom tooth. confirm with a dentist for treatment. You can get relief first by gargling warm salt water. Try to keep the area clean. Take a pain relief like combiflam. Let the dentist decide on definitive treatment and antibiotics.
