I am having pain in throat and cough is not stopping. I got fever as well of 100. Facing issue from 3 days. Please suggest

It seems u have got a viral infection. Tis is supposed to settle down in 3-7 days. For pain in throat u have to take some pain killer/antipyretic from time to time. For excess cough you have to tale some cough suppressant on as required basis. Visit a doctor to get your chest assessed.
