I have mild pain in my throat from last several months (around 5-6 months). It gets better automatically for some days, but often persists otherwise. I have tried gargle with salted water, betadine etc. I have also taken a course of antibiotics, antiallergic and antacid as prescribed by an ENT specialist, but all those treatment seem to give momentary relief. Can someone suggest what could be the issue and what should be my approach for treatment.
There can be an acid reflex that is present and also if you talk a lot or do a voice based job there’s a possibility that the throat is under stress and can cause mild pain, give voice rest and drink frequent sips of water that will help you a lot.
