Pain in thigh near hip

I am getting a muscle pain as if we get after an injection shot. I have taken an injection (Ketoral) 10 days back. But from yesterday i am getting pain when i touch it becomes high. There slight swelling it seems. Kindly advice.

It can be boil but without seeing no one can tell what is it. So visit any nearby physician for examination
