I've been facing some problem with my back, it started out when I started my college and had to spend a lot of time studying which resulted in a upper back problem and shoulder and neck pain It has lately spread down to my lower back too and I have trouble even while sitting The pain also has been spreading to my ribs and hips too, for some reason...

Dear, Go for some head neck shoulder exercise. Go out of studying for 7-10 days if there has no exam rite now.  Avoid  head pillows and any kind of soft bed for lying down for sleep& rest.
