When i sit in my bike my anal hit then a pain starting and go to my back bone and my left side of bally

Hi there...I can understand your concern. But you will require clinical examination before anything can be said. Sometimes there will be lesions like furuncles, pilonodal sinus, fissures, intertrigo, hemorrhoids which won't be visible to you, but will be causing the pain. So kindly consult a general surgeon for further evaluation.
