Inflamation in right knee, rise in C. R. Protein in the blood but not much, not getting rid of pain.pleasw advise to get rid of knee pain, its not even arthritis, so please help

Apply ice on the area and don't do cross leg sitting, squat and staircase climbing and specify ur inflame area mam

Hi, Please explain where is the exact inflammed area in your knee. How long time it occurs? Where is tender area? Better you share a picture of your affected knee.
