  4. Pain in the left ear. Help me with this.

Pain in the left ear

I'm having pain in my left ear for past few days. It's not a regular pain. It occurs once in a while. Due to the pandemic I am not happy to move out and visit a clinic. Can anyone help me with this. Thanks in advance.
