Hi. My husband is having acute pain in the heel area. This has happened earlier when he would drive for 3000-4000km car in a month. From past 4-5 months neither has he worn uncomfortable shoes nor drove any vehicle. Can you please explain the cause of pain.

1.It’s basically a either calcaneal spur or calcaneal bursitis or plantar fasciitis .. 2.Start using soft memory foam sports shoe or u can use silicone heal pad . This will reduce friction caused due to heal rubbing on ground creating inflammation at that point .. 3.apply ice or use a water bottle freez it and roll under your feet and heal. 4. Plantar stretch excersies. Check on you tube 5. Medicine to reduce pain and swelling ( inflammation)
