As your able to localise the pain around your gums .then may be the pain is due to a poor margin around the crown .do you have some amount of food impaction in that area ? Does it bleed as well ?

Hi.. visit your dentist. It could be because of gum issue. It can be solved by changing the cap. Regards

There could be a re-infection in the root canals. Or if the caps are ill fitting then some food lodgement may be the cause.  Please send ur xray to evaluate.  And get treated.  Feel free to consult Laser Smile Care Centre anytime. God bless u always.

Your problem might be because of gum inflammation due to localised reasons or food lodgement in that area due to improper shaped crown... the possibility of re-infection in the root canals cannot be ruled out, but seems less likely because you have pain in the gums on chewing rather than in the tooth itself..... nonetheless, the best option will be to consult a dentist and get a proper examination done to narrow down on the exact cause of your discomfort.... Regards....

Get the cap removed from a nearby dentist and get one x ray done...most likely you might have to take one course of antibiotics and if the problem is due to food impaction then you'll get relief just after the removal of cap

It may be a gum inflammation or infection at the margin of the cap which happens in many cases due to food impaction and proper hygiene not being maintained or a reinfection of the root canal..kindly get it checked by a dentist..they would check the area and take an xray then only we can come to know the exact diagnosis...tc
