Pain in the ear

My right ear has been paining since yesterday. Possibly due to the cold? Please advise if drops should help.

As per your description you might have developed acute otitis media.. need to be confirmed by local examination..may take analgesic tablet sos.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion.
