Pain in testis & penis after ejeculation

My testis pain occurs only at just after ejaculation when i'm masturbating. When i stood up just after ejaculation my penis & both testis pains like a hell. But after some time after i go for piss my pain in penis & both testis get reduces and comes to normal behavior. If i did not piss after ejaculation, the pain got increase to unbearable.
