Sometimes I had some pain in the testicle for few minutes after frequent ejaculation. What is the reason behind it?

How many times a week or month you get this pain and how this pain subsides sometimes when you are too much into sexual thoughts watching porn or on WhatsApp with somebody or alone but there is no semen discharge then there is definitely pain in the testes and that subsides only after ejaculation but if it is not the reason then you may go for Sonography of scrotum it may cost around 1000 to 1500 rupees and show the report to your family doctor or send on this platform
