Dear patient,looks like u have a cavity in ur tooth that has gone upto the living part of the tooth called pulp or nerve and most probably u will need RCT for the same so please visit ur dentist ASAP and get the intraoral x-ray done.

You need to consult a dentist for a check up. From your symptoms it appears you may have tooth decay and the tooth may require a root canal . X-ray and clinical examination will confirm the diagnosis
