Pain in stomach

I am having cramping pain in stomach after having meals . It is there since 2 weeks . What should i take . I have a desk job and also eating out a lot lately .

It can be resolved in a few weeks by just taking your food at the proper time. It’s better to have something at the right time rather than not having anything.
