Pain in the shoulder while working out,sitting for long time,writing continuously.while trying to lift weights te pain persists fofr long time

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.
