Pain in shoulder neck hip jaw head

I am having jaw pain radiating to my shoulder nek and head or it the shoulder pain causing other radiating pains . I have pain above my hip which us dull and i feel when i lie down in slanting position . I have been taking physiotherapy but there us littke relief . Does sitting in poor posture cause jaw and shoulder pain . I have a sedentary lifestyle and use phone a lot . Are these pains because of that . Aldo i have anxiety issues and my mind dies not stop thinking
